The one in the shoe
We were not getting a dog. We had a spreadsheet about not getting a dog. Then Diego’s coworker fostered a litter and sent one photo of the runt asleep in a shoe. I drove forty minutes “just to look.” He fell asleep in my lap in the parking lot, and I called Diego and said we have a dog now. He said which one. I said the one in the shoe.
Every photo and memory lands in their story and on their timeline: the big photo, the small ones, the story behind them, the nickname that stuck, the sound they make at 6:10 a.m. You never finish it; you just keep adding.

Add each pet under the same account and switch between them in a tap. A photo of the dog and the cat together is uploaded once and appears in both of their stories. Pets from earlier years have a place too, without turning your home screen into a memorial.

Health and the vet
Keep weight, vaccinations, medications, allergies, dental and grooming visits, and the small things you notice at home. Every entry says where it came from: something you noticed, something you copied from a vet record, or something your vet confirmed.
PawFriends keeps records. It does not diagnose or give medical advice; your veterinarian does that.
Feeding
Record the exact food, the bag size, portions and how many pets share it. PawFriends estimates when it may run out, and you can correct it any time with a tap. It is always an estimate, never a promise.
Planned Price and sale alerts on the exact food you choose, at the retailers you choose, are planned for PawFriends Companion. They do not work yet.

For the person who lives with the pet. You set up the household, add your pets and keep their story and records. Other people can help if you invite them, but nothing depends on them.
Yes. All of your pets live under one login. Each pet’s story is a one-time purchase (First Chapter or Lifetime). Your pets share one home screen, one set of contacts, shared food and shared memories.
No. Each pet’s story is a one-time payment. PawFriends Companion, a separate optional subscription for reminders and alerts, is planned but not available, and your story never depends on it.
Room. First Chapter holds up to 150 photos, videos and voice notes and lets up to 5 people add memories through private links. Lifetime has no cap on photos and allows up to 12 people. Household cohosts are unlimited on both. Neither has a time limit.
No. A sitter, walker or groomer opens a private link that shows only the Care Card sections you choose and stops working when you say, or the moment you turn it off. Friends and family can add a memory through a private link. You approve anything they send before it joins the story.
No. PawFriends keeps the health information you record and labels where it came from. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace your veterinarian.
Not today. The refill estimate uses what you entered and is approximate. Sale alerts on the exact products you choose are planned for Companion; nothing is monitored now, and PawFriends will never swap in a different food for you.
Your household is private. You can download a copy of your household’s data from your account at any time. To delete your account, email hello@toldbymany.com.
A printed Life Book is planned. It is not included in either package and cannot be ordered yet.
